Delivery

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to anywhere in the European Union. If you live outside of the European Union please contact us via the contact form on our Contact page and we will endeavour to deliver our products to you.

What is the cost of delivery?

 

We offer a highly competitive postage rate of €10 to anywhere in the EU for up to four products.

Guarantee

What is the duration of the guarantee?

We have full confidence in the build quality of our products and offer a 3 year product guarantee.

Please note that the stringflex dampers that we supply with our longrods are not covered by the Carbofast guarantee.

Refund Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by carbofastdirect.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are processed after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within six weeks of us recieving the returned item.
